2. Description of Service

KnowPrism is a daily news learning application that provides five curated topics per day, each presented with two perspectives. The app includes gamification features such as XP, streaks, memory lock exercises, and progress tracking.

3. Account Registration

To use KnowPrism, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

KnowPrism offers a 7-day free trial followed by a premium subscription at $3.99/month.

• The free trial provides access to all 5 daily topics
• After the trial, free users can access 2 topics per day
• Premium subscribers have access to all 5 topics daily
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their respective terms apply to all transactions.

5. Content and Accuracy

KnowPrism uses AI to generate and format news content based on real-time information. While we strive for accuracy:

• Content is AI-generated and may contain errors
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information
• Content should not be relied upon for critical decisions
• Always verify important information with primary sources

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the app
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KnowPrism — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Entrehold LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

KnowPrism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The perspectives presented in the app are for educational purposes and do not represent the views of KnowPrism.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowPrism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
