How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → KnowPrism. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Why can't I see all 5 topics?
After your 7-day free trial, access to all 5 daily topics requires a KnowPrism Pro subscription at $3.99/month. You can subscribe from within the app.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How accurate is the content?
KnowPrism uses AI to summarize real-time news. While we strive for accuracy, content is AI-generated and should be verified with primary sources for critical decisions.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at dev@knowprism.co with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll process it within 48 hours.
